Pesto Pizza with Sun dried Tomatoes

Pesto is pretty simple to make (little food processors come in handy).

Again from Moby Teany Book except I simplified it a bit. I didn't add capers or fried zucchini strips.

Pesto (olive oil, pine nuts and basil leaves) and sun dried tomatoes on top of focaccia bread (premade Trader Joe's).

The Mr. loved it. I did too. Except I spread the pesto on too thick (i.e too much oil per inch (poor Mr. He ate most of it))
