What taste good and is good for you? A: Kim Chi.

I love eating Kimchi. :D My mother in law gave us some that she bought from costco and it's so good w/ white rice. My hubbub is convinced that anything that taste good is bad for you. So I looked up kimchi and healthy. What do you know, Kim-chi is quite delicious and healthy.

I seldom have kimchi, only have them when I eat in Korean restaurants. I always find them salty...maybe it's due to the soy beans they used?

kimchi known to "protect" pple from bird flu...hahhaha...wonder how true...

hm...I wish I liked it because you make it sound so good. It's spicy and slightly bitter, right? You eat it just with rice?
