Peek into my kitchen

From left to right (Seasoned rice vinegar, Sesame oil, Chinese Rice Wine, Soy Sauce, Sriracha sauce which is hot chili sauce, pepper)



From left to right: Koon Chun's Thick Soy Sauce, Chili Garlic Sauce, White Pepper Powder, Chinese Five Spice, Koon Chun's Hoisin Sauce. My Mom has the thick soy suace and Hoisin Sauce in her kitchen. :)






I will try to keep my list of ingredients updated. :) I always love sites w/ ingredient list. So take a peek into the kitchen of the budding cook. :)

To steal one of those hearts(red little cute ones) from you...I will try to post some ingredients in future ;p ....I took some pix of ingredients in a Jap. supermarket but I don't know most of these ingredients...:D ...go take a look...u're in my view too!

Cool. You just need some yellow bean paste, oyster sauce, and you are almost complete. :)

Oh, dear, I've thought of posting a peek into my fridge and cupboards too but I've got way too many condiments, four kinds of soy sauce, a dozen different vinegars. I'm a little insane.

mushroom - 3 crab fish sauce is the best. ;) my mom says. hehe

tigerfish - :) yah i love seeing ingredient lists.

rasa- i have oyster sauce but haven't used it. seems like a staple. :)

wandering - aww i want to build up to you. i bought some thick soy sauce yesterday, hoisin sauce, 5 spice, and white pepper hehe.

I have to have shaoxing hua tiao cooking wine. Some ABC brand sweet soy sauce, you'll definitely love it :)

actually the best fish sauce is by brand "Flying Lion". It has a orange/red plastic shelling on top and is wrapped in plastic and has a picture of a fish on the label with a shadow of the country of Vietnam. It's hard to come by though so I waould say the 3crab would be the next best thing.
