Boil the eggs, add a little salt, and a little fish sauce. Eat on top of white rice. Yummy. It reminds me of home. It's very similar to the fancy
braised pork dish (thit kho) dish. However, it's quite simple. I remember my mom sometimes making it for my dad's lunch.

For some reason, that looks SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good! I think I just might make some tonight with fried tofu. :D
I heard about a recipe for artificial crab (chinese) that calls for salted duck eggs but I couldn't find it. This looks really good! So I'm gonna make it instead . . . . Thank you for the recipe. :)
