Fish sauce salted eggs over rice

Boil the eggs, add a little salt, and a little fish sauce. Eat on top of white rice. Yummy. It reminds me of home. It's very similar to the fancy braised pork dish (thit kho) dish. However, it's quite simple. I remember my mom sometimes making it for my dad's lunch.

I heard about a recipe for artificial crab (chinese) that calls for salted duck eggs but I couldn't find it. This looks really good! So I'm gonna make it instead . . . . Thank you for the recipe. :)
