What can you do w/ all of this?
This is what I did: I steamed the broccoli and squash. Chopped up tomatoes and sauteed them w/ soy sauce and onions. Then after the steaming was done, I mixed the two. It tasted pretty good to me. The broccoli wasn't overcooked or undercooked. Mr. hubby thought it tasted too healthy maybe because it was!

If Mr. Buddingcook wants something a lot more unhealthy, try sauteeing it in butter or olive oil, add salt, and then sprinkle cheese on it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D YUM!
wish i had the cookin itch. i suppose it would help if i had someone besides myself to cook for!
